ADULT and FAMILY SPECIAL EVENTS --
This program includes special events for adults only as well as for the entire family. The current programs sponsored by our Adult and Family Team are:
2008
February 15
Valentine Dinner for singles and married couples.
March 7-8
Adult Overnight Retreat at the Wesley Woods U.M. Church Camp near Hastings for singles,married couples, and college-age.
July 11-13
Family Camp which is for singles and families at Lakeview U.M. Church Camp near Six Lakes.
October
Family Fun Fest for everyone. This event includes hotdog supper, bonfire and hay ride.
November
Thanksgiving Potluck following worship on the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
December
Family Caroling for the whole family. Just before Christmas (we carol to those from our church who are shut-ins, ill, or alone)followed by hot chocolate and sandwiches.
Other events always come up during the year, but these have become traditional for Pilgrim Adult Singles and Families.
YOUNG ADULT BIBLE STUDY (Y.A.B.S.) --
Young college and career-age adults (single or married without children) are invited to join us at the church on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm.
