Join us for our Holy Week worship services!
Holy Week is the highest week in our church calendar year as we remember and celebrate the very events at the heart of our Christian faith.
April 9 @ 6:15 – Maundy Thursday Meal followed by our Foot Washing service. We gather for a meal and communion that commemorates the last supper that Jesus shared with his disciples in the Upper Room. Then we process into the sanctuary for a foot washing service.
April 10 @ 7:00 – Tenebrae is our Good Friday service. A Tenebrae is a worship time where the Passion story is read hymns are sung and the sanctuary is gradually darkened and stripped in order to commemorate the death of our Lord.
April 11 @ 7:00 – Holy Saturday Vigil is our Saturday evening worship time where we wait vigil for the news of the resurrection. We begin the service with scripture and singing before moving into the sanctuary for baptisms, receiving new members, and communion.
April 12 @ 8:30 and 11:00 – Easter Sunday Worship is at our normal worship times and we will celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus with great joy!
